试论新医改政策下医德—法制教育模式的构建

A Probe into the Construction of Medical Ethic-Legal System Education under the Background of New Medical Reform Policy

当前,医德教育仍停留在生物医学模式下传统单一的美德论模式上,缺乏系统性和可操作性;医学生法制教育长期从属于德育范畴。为了全面落实新医改政策、适应现代医学模式发展和应对社会转型所带来的利益主体价值取向多元化趋势,传统的医学道德、法制教育模式势必进行时代转化。从构建医德—法制教育模式的哲学理念、基本思路进行探索,整合医德教育与法律教育,注重实效性、系统性和可操作性。科学把握医德—法制教育观念、教育目标、课程设置、师资培养和评价体系等环节的操作策略。

Currently, medical ethics education still remains at the traditional and unfold virtue theory under the bio - medical mode, which is less systematic and controllable; medical students legal education has long been a part of moral education. To fully implement the new medical reform policy and adapt to the modern development of medical mode as well as the diversified trend of the profit subjects＇ value orientation, the traditional medical ethics and legal education mode should undergo a transformation. This paper first reviews the philosophical concepts of medical ethics and legal edu- cation construction, then integrates different concepts of medical and legal education and pays special attention to make it practical, systematic and controllable, and finally specific controlling strategies on education philosophy, education objectives, curriculum provision, teacher training as well as evaluation system, etc. should be mastered scientifically.
