摘要
建立了空气中苯胺类化合物的热脱附-气相色谱质谱测定的方法,使用Tenax-TA填料吸附管采集空气样品,经热脱附进样,气相色谱质谱法测定。测定结果表明5种苯胺类在5~100 ng范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.998 0,以采集5 L标准空气计算其方法检出限为0.26~0.96μg/m3。样品加标回收率范围为89%~107%。该检测方法前处理简单、回收率稳定、灵敏度和准确度高、检出限低、杂质干扰少,便于在实验室推广和应用。
The thermo-desorption gas chromatography mass spectrometry method to determination of anilines in the air was developed. Target compounds were sampled by Tenax-TA tubes and introduced into GC/MS system by the thermo-desorption unit, and measured by GC/MS. The result shows that five compounds present the good linear regression in range from 5 to 100 ng, the related coefficient is greater than 0.998 0, and the limit is de- tected to be the range from 0.26 to 0.96μg/m3 by the air standard of 5 L. The recovery rate of the spiked sample ranges from 89% to 107%. The proposed method is of good accuracy, high repeatability, precision and less inter- ference from impurities, which can be promoted and used in the laboratory.
