全面提高公民思想道德素质是全面建成小康社会的重要条件,对于实现中国特色社会主义现代化和中华民族伟大复兴都具有十分重要的意义。调查发现,现阶段我国公民思想道德的总体状况是良好的,但是在局部和个体上仍然存在许多值得关注的现实问题。针对当前我国公民思想道德建设存在的问题及其原因,我们应从以下几方面不断加强公民思想道德建设:强化社会主义核心价值体系对公民思想道德的引领作用;突出公民思想道德建设的层次性和针对性;注重完善公民思想道德建设的法律法规和规章制度;着力营造良好的社会氛围和文明风尚。

Improving citizen's ideological and moral standards is an important condition for the construction of well-off society and is of great significance in achieving the Chinese socialist modernization and the rejuvenation of China.The survey showed that the citizen's ideological and moral education in our country is good at the moment,but also there are many real problems we should focus on at an partial and individual level.For the existing problems and reasons of our citizen's ideological and moral education at the present,we should continue to strengthen citizen's ideological and moral education from the following aspects.Firstly,to strengthen the leading role of the system of socialist core values for it.Secondly,to stress its ideological level and pertinence.Thirdly,to improve laws,rules and regulations for citizen ideological and moral education.Finally,to strive to create a good social atmosphere and civilized habits.
