摘要
以三聚氰胺为改性剂,借助13C-NMR及基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱仪(MALDI-TOF MS),考察了在三聚氰胺不同添加方式(共混和共缩聚)条件下,树脂的性能及结构分布特征。结果表明:在相同摩尔比条件下,三聚氰胺添加方式不同对树脂结构及性能有不同的影响。共混条件下,树脂结构分布及性能直接与参加反应的单体树脂含量相关,而通过共缩聚方式合成的树脂,三聚氰胺可以更为有效的参与到整个树脂的网络结构体系当中,形成的分子量比较均匀,胶接性能亦明显高于共混改性树脂性能。
The structural distribution and properties of urea-formaldehyde modified with malemine (addition ways: and blending copolycondensation) used as modifying agent was studied by 13C-NMR and MALDI-TOF MS. The results show that the structure and properties of resin was different with different malemine addition ways in the same molar ratio condition. The properties and structure distribution of blending resin were directly related to the content of malemine-formaldehyde resin, while the molecule structures of MUF co-condensation resin were relative even because of melamine involved in resin network during preparation. And the MUF performance was obviously better than the blending modification of resin.
