高效液相色谱法测定肝康复口服液中芍药甙的含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Gan Kang Fu Oral Liquid by HPLC

采用 HPL C法测定肝康复口服液中芍药甙的含量 ,操作方便迅速 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好。结果准确 ,稳定 ,空白无干扰 ,平均加样回收率为 99.1 7% ,RSD=1 .1 3 % ,可作为该制剂的质量指标。

The contents of Paeoniflorin in Gan Kang Fu oral liquid were determined by HPLC, this method was simple and rapid. The results were accurate and stable, no disturbance in negative group. The mean sample recovery rate was 99.17%, RSD was 1.13%. As a result, this method was available for quality control of this preparation.
