关节镜下钻孔减压治疗膝关节地图型骨挫伤的短期随访结果 被引量:4

摘要 目的应用关节镜下钻孔减压治疗膝关节地图型骨挫伤,评价其短期随访的疗效。方法 2006年11月至2010年12月,本组收治的24例膝关节地图型骨挫伤患者,女14例,男10例,年龄平均41.4岁。所有患者均有外伤史,主诉膝关节疼痛,MRI检查证实为地图型骨挫伤。所有患者均在关节镜下行钻孔减压术,术中用2mm克氏针使用电钻在骨挫伤部位的负重关节软骨面以外区域进行钻孔。结果术后3个月患者的VAS疼痛评分、Lysholm评分和影像学分级明显改善,术后6个月有进一步改善。结论关节镜下钻孔减压治疗膝关节地图型骨挫伤的短期随访结果是良好的,可以作为骨挫伤的治疗方法之一。
