The persistent and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the main line in the report of the 18th national congress of CPC, for it is the fundamental orientation of the development and progress of modem China, the dialectical unification of the theoretical logic of scientific socialism with the historical logic of Chinese social development and the dialectical unification of the route, the theoretical system and the regula- tions of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
