高校思想政治工作要牢牢把握"转化"的本质要求,实现三个转变:在施教主体上,由专职辅导转向全体员工;在目标取向上,从重视在校效果转向重视持久效果;在实施方式上,由单向传递、理论教育转向双向交流、实践引导,不断增强大学生思想政治工作的实效性。

＂Conversion＂ is the essential attribute of university students＇ ideological and political work, which contains the three main parts of the activity as the aim, the subject and the methods and also the basic de- mands. Now there exist problems as laying stress on qualified students education, but belittling builder successors education, considering full - time counseling important, but thinking the education of all the staff unimportant and setting store by positive and theoretical education, but making light to equal interaction and introduction of prac- tice. All these problems should be solved by way of conversion, so that better achievements can be attained in this work.
