摘要
人力资源作为实验室管理中的最重要因素,在实验室运作中发挥着不可替代的作用。由于高校政策体制等方面的原因,目前高校实验室在人力资源管理方面仍存在众多问题,树立以人为本的现代人力资源管理理念,建立合理的人才引进机制,实行竞聘上岗,加强培训力度是改进存在问题的必要措施。
As the most important factor in laboratory management,human resource plays a very important role in laboratory operation.But due to the reasons of policy and system,there still exist many problems of lab human resource management in colleges and universities.In this paper,it is mainly focused on how to look at these problems and take suitable measures to resolve these problems.
