Improvement Measures for Displaying Abnormally of Cooling Water Flow Meter at The Blast Furnace Body

通过对高炉本体冷却水流量计流量显示异常进行深入的研究与分析,找到了造成流量计显示异常的根本原因,在此基础上提出了四点关于流量显示异常的处理方法,并实施了改造。改造后,大幅度提高了流量计的稳定运行能力,有效地保证了对高炉炉身冷却水流量的实时监控。

Thorough research and analysis for abnormally displaying of cooling water meter flow for blast furnace body,fundamental causes of flowmeter abnormal show were found.On this basis,the four processing methods about flow abnormal display were put forward,and implements a reform to greatly improve the stable operation ability of flow meter,effectively guarantee the real-time monitoring for the blast furnace body cooling water flow.
