通过在线跟踪各种检测信号,找出了高速上料系统的倍尺剪和转辙器的堆钢故障的产生原因。实践证明,在线数据采集分析技术是指导、分析、解决现场瓶颈问题和保障设备稳定运行的有效工具。
The causes of the failure of the heap of steel about double length shear and switching pointst of a highspeed feeding system have been identified through tracking various detection online.Practice has proved that the online data collection and analysis techniques is an effective tool to analyze and solve field bottleneck and protect stable operation of the device.
