明清时期雷州半岛台风灾害及其防治机制研究

Research on Typhoon Disaster in the Leizhou Peninsula during the Period of Ming and Qing Dynasties and its prevention mechanism

雷州半岛因其有着非常独特的地理环境与气候条件,台风灾害发生频繁。根据地方志、谕旨、朱批奏折、《明史》、《清史稿》、《明实录》和《清实录》等史志中关于台风灾害的史料记载可以发现:明清时期雷州半岛台风灾害发生频繁,严重危害当地农作物的生产及百姓的生命财产,对环境也产生了一定的破坏。在与台风的抗争中,雷州人民对台风发生的规律与危害有了较清晰的认识,并针对其特点采取了相应的预防和救济措施,取得了一定的成效。

Because of the special geographical environment and climatic conditions,typhoon disaster emerges frequently in the Leizhou Peninsula.The thesis analyse its general situation,characteristics and damage of Ming and Qing dynasties recorded in the historical documents.Research reveals that typhoon disaster in the period of Ming and Qing dynasties severely impaired the local crop production,lives and property of the people and destroyed the environment.In fighting against typhoon disaster,people of Leizhou Peninsula realized its regular pattern and harm,took corresponding measures,and obtained certain results.
