摘要
对黑岱沟露天煤矿排土场土壤酶活性进行了研究。分析了土壤恢复年限、土壤垂直分布(0~30cm)、植被种类及三者的交互作用对土壤蔗糖酶、纤维素酶、过氧化氢酶活性的影响,并研究了土壤理化性质与土壤酶活性的相关性。结果表明,土壤恢复年限、土壤垂直分布、植被种类及其交互因素对三种土壤酶活性均有极显著影响;土壤蔗糖酶、纤维素酶、过氧化氢酶与土壤含水率无显著相关性;土壤纤维素酶与容重呈显著负相关(P<0.05);三种酶与土壤有机质碳呈正相关,其中蔗糖酶和纤维素酶与有机质碳相关性极显著(P<0.01);三种酶与土壤全氮均呈显著正相关(P<0.05),其中蔗糖酶与全氮呈极显著相关(P<0.01)。
The soil enzyme activities were investigated in earth-filled ground of Heidaigou Open cut Coal Mine.Research was made on soil enzyme activities with various of recovery time,vertical distribution of the soil,species of vegetations and interaction of the three.Correlation analysis between soil enzyme activities and the physics and chemistry character of soil were also researched.The results indicated that changes of the above factors and interaction with these variables had extremely significant influence on the soil enzyme activitie.Aaccharase as well as cellulase and catalase had no relationships with soil water content,cellulose had significantly negative correlation with soil bulk density.The three enzyme had positive relationships with soil Organic Carbon,the strains(saccharase and cellulose) of which were extremely significant(p0.01).There were significant positive relationships between the three enzymes and total nitrogen in soil.
