摘要
从社会支持理论视阈研究服刑人员未成年子女的教育与保护,改变以服刑人员未成年子女作为客体的单向度地帮助的现状,应从内化主体的社会支持意识、对社会支持的能动建构、改善对社会支持的主观评价、强化家庭在社会支持功能发挥的作用等多角度来有效地提高社会支持的利用度,更好地教育、帮助和保护服刑人员未成年子女,以促进服刑人员未成年子女健康地成长。
The education and protection of prisoners' minor children is studied from the perspective of social sup- port theory in order to change the present situation that the prisoners' minor children receive unidirectional assis- tance passively as objects. It is suggested that the subjective consciousness of social support be internalized, the so- cial support be actively constructed, the subjective evaluation of social support be improved, family education be strengthened, the utilization degree of social support be improved so that the prisoners' minor children can be bet- ter helped and protected to grow healthily.
