摘要
文化产业日益成为市场经济条件下繁荣社会主义文化、满足人民群众精神文化需求的重要途径,是苏南地区的重要支柱产业之一。提升文化产业的发展实力,应立足文化产业的特性,优化产业定位与结构调整,深化中外文化的内涵教育,构建协调发展的区域产业链,使体制、机制、资金等综合服务于文化产业,同时还要提高文化消费层次,完善文化投资环境,培养成熟的消费者、投资者。
The cultural industry has increasingly become an important culture and meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the people under the way to promote the prosperity of socialist conditions of market economy. It is one of the pillar industries in southern Jiangsu. To enhance the developing ability of the cultural industry, it is necessary to optimize the industrial positioning and restructuring, to deepen Sino - foreign education of cultural connotation and to build a coordinated regional industrial chain based on the characteristics of cultural industry. Then, struc- ture, mechanism, funding and so on can serve the cultural industries comprehensively. At the same time, the level of cultural consumption and cultural investment environment should be improved to cultivate mature consumers and investors.
