摘要
在全球化和区域一体化的背景下,高校国际化的趋势已经不可阻挡。外籍教师和海外留学生的引进是高校国际化进程中重要组成部分。同时也有越来越多的外籍教师和海外留学生选择赴中国工作学习,但由于中西方存在巨大的文化鸿沟和语言差异,这就给外籍人员管理带来了挑战。针对外籍教师和海外学生的特点,应该实施跨文化管理。通过树立以人为本的管理理念,建立顺畅有效的沟通机制,营造多元化的学习生活环境等一系列措施,促进高校国际化健康有序发展。
With the globalization and regional integration, the trend of university internationalization has been un- stoppable. To attract foreign teachers and overseas students to university is an important part of university interna- tionalization process. Also, there is a growing number of foreign teachers and overseas students choose to go to work and study in China. But between western culture and Chinese culture there is a huge difference, so it is a challenge to manage the foreigners. Because of the characteristics of foreign teachers and foreign students, when implement different cultural management for foreign teachers and overseas students, we should establish the people - oriented idea and the smooth and effective communication mechanism, create the diversified environment of life and study, to promote the orderly development of internationalization of higher education .
