校企合作助推高职院校德育社会化研究

A Study of Moral Education Socialization Propelled by School-Enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Colleges

高职院校德育社会化是社会发展的必然趋势,也是学生成长的内在需求。德育社会化的进程受社会、学校和家庭等多方面的影响,其中校企合作融合度的提升深刻有效地推动了高职院校德育社会化的步伐,两者相互促进,辩证统一。高职院校德育社会化的要求与企业对人才的内在需求相一致使得高职院校产生校企合作进行德育教育的意愿,企业肩负着的社会责任与使命促使企业主动配合高职院校开展德育教育。校企合作推进德育社会化既能满足高职院校德育教育与社会接轨的需求,也能满足企业对于全面的、高素质人才的要求。在校企合作平台上,依靠专兼职教师的言传身教推动校园文化与企业文化的融合,并在此过程中推进高职院校的德育社会化进程。

Moral education socialization is the inevitable trend of social development, which meets me mtemat need of students＇ grow. The process is influenced by several aspects, such as society, school and family. The up- grading of school - enterprise cooperation will efficiently promote moral education socialization in vocational coUe- ges. The two are beneficial to each other and dialectically unified. The demand of moral socialization fits the inher- ent need of enterprises for talents, so vocational colleges are willing to cooperate with enterprises. Meanwhile, en- terprises realize their responsibilities for the society, which makes enterprises actively work in with vocational coUe- ges. Moral education socialization propelled by school - enterprise cooperation can meet vocational colleges＇ need to connect to the society, as well as enterprises＇ need for versatile and qualified talents. During the cooperation process, through teachers＇ personal examples and verbal instruction, the campus culture and enterprise culture are integrated so as to promote the moral education socialization in vocational colleges.
