摘要
"高级蓝领"是指既能动脑又能动手,既具有较高的知识层次,又具有较强的创新能力的劳动者。中国需要更多的"高级蓝领",目前我国"高级蓝领"的断层现象,已成为制约经济社会持续发展和产业升级的"瓶颈"。本文分析了我国"高级蓝领"紧缺原因并提出解决策略,只有政府、职业学院、企业、市场齐心协力加强对高级蓝领人才培养,并形成长效机制,才能让高级蓝领队伍为未来我国建设健康持续发展保驾护航。
Senior Blue Collar, which refers to the workers who have higher level of knowledge as well as better ability of in- novation, is urgently needed by China. The interruption of senior blue collar personnel has become the "bottleneck" that restricts economic and social sustainable development and hinders industrial upgrading. This paper analyzes the causes of senior blue collar personnel shortage and proposes some solutions that government, polytechnic colleges, businesses and markets should work together to form a long term mechanism of training the senior blue collar personnel, so that the senior blue collar group will deliver aids to the healthy and sustainable development of the construction of future China.
