摘要
本文以宁波大学十多年教学督导工作为实例,阐明教学督导如何在学校师资队伍建设中发挥能动作用:督导结合,以导为主,大力帮助新教师和青年教师成长;提供咨询建议,为中青年教师茁壮成长出谋划策;参与推进青年教师业务提高的各项活动,发挥督导的"传、帮、带"作用。
Taking Ningbo University as an example, this essay elucidates how to enhance the dynamic role of teaching super- vision in the construction of faculty, namely, combine supervision and instruction together, led by instruction. This approach aims as well to help the development of new and young teachers, offe^r consxflting suggestions to prosper young and middle-aged teachers, participate in activities to improve young teachers' professional capability, and exert teaching supervision' s function of "passing, helping and guiding"
