随着高等教育逐步由精英化向大众化转变,高校规模不断扩张,大学生人数急剧增加,高校学子与社会的互动日益紧密。这一切都使高校学生安全管理工作面临许多新的问题和挑战,单纯加大安保资金和安保人员的投入显然不够也不现实。我们应针对大学生自控能力已达到正常公民水平的特点,充分激发大学生的自我保护意识,以应对复杂多变的形势。本文将从大学生安全意识培养的必要性、具体内容和培养方法等方面探讨这一问题。

With the higher education＇ s transformation from elitist to popular, college expansion, and sharp increase in the number of college students, the interaction between college students and society becomes increasingly close. Therefore, the security management of university students is facing many new problems and challenges, and it is insufficient and unrealistic only to increase the security funds and security personnel. We should, starting from college students＇ self-control ability which has re- ached the normal citizen level, fully arouse students＇ awareness of self protection, so that they are able to deal with the complex and volatile situation. This article discusses this issue from the perspectives of the necessity, content and methods of college students＇ security awareness cultivation.
