摘要
《坛经》是禅宗的重要经典,记载了唐朝六祖惠能多年宏法的经历。成书于明中叶的《西游记》通过孙悟空学道、唐僧取经贯穿的一连串故事,形象地展示了《坛经》的"自心即佛"的顿悟佛法。可以说,在构思、情节与人物言行上,《西游记》有很多是取材于或说灵感发源于《坛经》的。对此,分别进行了深入分析。相较于《坛经》的纯说佛理,《西游记》可以说是一部形象化的《坛经》。
Platform-sutra is an important classical master piece of Chinese Zen which recorded Tang Hui Neng＇ s ex- perience of many years＇ explaining and spreading the Dharma. A Journey to the West was written in the middle of the Ming Dynasty, vividly showing us ＇ one＇ s heart is Buddha＇ through a series of stories about Monkey King＇ s practi- cing Taoism and the Tang Priest＇ s pilgrimage for Buddhist scriptures. A Journey to the West is very much based on or originally inspired by Platform-sutra in its conception, plot and characters actions, all the dements are respectively analyzed in this paper. Compared to the pure theoretic buddhism in Platform-sutra, A Journey to the West is a trans- formative Platform-sutra.
