晚清时期,中国内忧外患,灾乱频发。宁河王氏家族不畏艰难,在民族忧患面前依然担起自己的使命职责,从血洒定海的王锡朋到保境安民的王承泗,从积极参与维新变法的王照到英勇抗击八国联军的王燮,王氏家族成员处处维护国家利益,甚至不惜牺牲宝贵的生命,这种爱国精神值得后人敬仰。

At the end of the Qing Dynasty, there were so many problems in China. The Wang clan still took up their missions in order to protect our homes, and more and more members of the Wang clan did their best to protect nation- al interests by heart, such as, Wang Xipeng, Wang Chengsi , Wang Xie, Wang Zhao, even at the expense of their precious lives, this patriotic spirit worthy of admiration of posterity.
