摘要
企业若想在激烈的市场竞争中占据一席之地,就一定要重视对员工的激励,充分调动员工的积极性与创造性。基于效用理论,构建了效用函数模型和成本最优分析模型,从定量的角度进行研究,并提出了完善物质激励方案,提高员工的生活水平;注重非物质方面的激励;合理地制定物质和非物质激励等方案。
To take a position in the present fierce market competition, one enterprise must pay much attention to the incentives of the staff, fully motivate and encourage employees' activity and creativity. Based on utility theory, the U- tility Function Model and Optimal Cost Analysis Model have been built, with which some relevant research has been done from a quantitative point of view and a complete material & non-material incentive plan has been made in order to actually improve the employees' living condition and outcomes, to focus on incentive plan of non-material aspects, to make reasonable formulation of material and non-material incentives program, and to optimize incentive costs.
