摘要
项目组合管理是现代项目管理理论的重要研究方向之一,对合理配置企业资源,确保项目符合企业的战略目标有重要作用。研发项目管理流程是影响研发项目成败的重要因素之一。通过分析企业研发项目管理流程现状,将项目组合管理理论应用于企业研发项目管理,提出了从研发项目的战略定位、研发项目选择与优化、研发项目的组织到研发项目实施与跟踪管理等过程组成的企业研发项目管理流程。
One of the research areas of project management is Project Porttolio Management, which strate plays an important role to allocate resources rationally and make sure the project to meet the gic objective. The degrees of the nationality and perfect of R＆D project management processes are some of the key factors that have great influence on the R＆D project success. The current situation of R＆D project management process in enterprises is analyzed. Project Portfolio Management theory is applied to R＆D project management process based on literature review. R＆D project management process is put forward in this paper including the whole processes from strategic position, selection ＆ optimization, organization implementation to control of enterprises R＆D Project.
