摘要
以对河北省4所独立学院1 000多名大学生调查所得数据为基础,描述了独立学院大学生显著性角色认同状况。独立学院大学生显著性角色认同总体上清晰、合理,但也存在学习认知程度不高、学习体验不佳、学习行为失范等问题。各独立学院应重视这些问题,采取有效干预措施,进一步改善大学生显著性角色认同状况。
Based on the investigation data of about 1000 students from four independent colleges of Hebei province, the salient role identity situation of the independent college students is described. At present, the salient role identity situation of independent college students is, on the whole, distinct and rational, but there still exist some problems, like the study recognition level, the study experience, and the students' behavior are less than desirable. The independent colleges should attach importance to the problems, and take effective intervention measures to further improve the students' positive salient role identity situation.
