聚维酮碘漱口液抑制菌斑的作用

EFFECT OF POVIDONE IONDINE SOLUTION ON THE INHIBITATION OF PLAQUE FORMATION

目的 :测定一种新型漱口液 :艾利克 聚维酮碘溶液 (1 % )对菌斑形成的影响。方法 :让 2 5名牙周组织健康的志愿者分别用 1 %聚维酮碘溶液、多贝尔氏漱口液、蒸馏水含漱 ,记录 48小时后的菌斑指数 ,并做 1 %聚维酮碘溶液体外抑菌试验。结果 :1 %聚维酮碘溶液抑制菌斑的作用明显好于多贝尔氏漱口液和蒸馏水。结论 :1 %聚维酮碘溶液对菌斑的抑制作用明显。

To invertigate effect of new mouth washing (1% Povidone Iondine Solution) on inhibitation of plaque formation. Methods:Twenty-five healthy volunteers were included and divided into three groups.Each group rinsed mouths with 1% PVP—Ⅰ,Duobeishi solution and distilled water respectively.The criteria of plaque Index(PLI)was to assess plaque formation.Recordings for PLI was made at 48 hours.In addition,an experiment was performed to evaluate the bacteriostatic activity of 1% PVP—Ⅰ.Results:A Significant lower scores in PLI was found in 1% PVP—Ⅰ mouth wash group compared with Duobeishi solution and distilled water.Conclusion:The study indicated that 1% PVP—Ⅰ mouth wash water provided significant efficacy in prevention of plaque formation.
