用自制脱敏Ⅰ号治疗牙本质过敏症的临床应用与研究

A STUDY OF THE CLINICAL EFFECTS OF SELF-MADE No.1 DESENSITIZER ON THE TREATMENT OF DENTIN HYPERSENSITIVITY

目的 :总结用自制脱敏Ⅰ号治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效。方法 :治疗组 1 81例患者 ,36 2颗牙 ,用75 %氟化钠糊剂做为对照组 ,治疗 99例患者 1 98颗牙 ,观察 1 3年 ,进行疗效比较 ,并用扫描电镜观察在药物作用下离体牙表面的形态改变。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 95 5 8% ,对照组为 6 1 1 1 %。对口腔粘膜无刺激无损害 ,并能有效地堵塞牙本质小管 ,结论 :自制脱敏Ⅰ号是一种良好的脱敏剂 ,临床治疗效果明显优于氟化钠。

To evaluate the clinical effects of the self-made No.1 desensitizer on the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity. Methods:The experimental groups including 181 patients were treated with self-made No.1 desensitizer in 362 teeth;75% sodium fluoride pastes were used in 99 cases,198 teeth as the control group.The clinical effects were observed in the following 1 month to 3 years.The histological changes on the surface of extracted teeth induced by the medical effects were observed under SEM.Results:The successful rate of the experimental group was 95.6% while the control group was 61.1%.It reduced the hypersensitivity by obstructing the dentinal canaliculi.The results indicated that the self-made No. 1 desensitizer was safe to the oral cavity,no irritation of damage to oral mucosa.Conclusion:The clinical effect of self-made No. 1 desensitizer is much better than that of sodium fluoride.
