摘要
目的观察进展性缺血性卒中(PIS)患者血清氧化应激指标超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸(8-OHdG)以及丙二醛(MDA)的水平。方法急性缺血性脑卒中起病后第1、3、5和7天动态监测30例进展性缺血性卒中组(PIS组)与30例完全性缺血性卒中组(非PIS组)血清T-SOD、8-OHdG和MDA水平。结果 PIS组血清8-OHdG和MDA水平起病前5天有升高趋势,第7天开始回落,而非PIS组血清8-OHdG和MDA水平起病后呈持续下降,且起病后血清8-OHdG和MDA水平PIS组均高于非PIS组(P<0.01);PIS组和非PIS组血清T-SOD水平第1天到第3天有降低趋势,第5天开始升高,且起病后血清T-SOD水平PIS组均低于非PIS组(P<0.01)。结论氧自由基损伤和内源性抗氧化作用降低共同参与了PIS的病理生理过程,而氧化性损伤通过相应机制造成血管内皮损伤和功能障碍,可能是造成缺血性卒中患者神经功能缺损症状逐步进展的原因之一。
Objective To observe the changes of oxidative stress by total superoxide distamuse(T-SOD),8-hydroxy-guanine(8- OHdG) and malondialdehyde (MDA)in acute period of progressive ischemie stroke(PlS). Methods 30 patients with progressive ischemic stroke which attained the diagnostic principle were chosed(PIS group) and 30 patients with total ischemic stroke (non-PIS group) taken vein blood to measure serum 8 OHdG level by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) ,T-SOD and MDA levels by ultraviolet spectrophotometry methed. Results The serum 8-OHdG and MDA level of PlS group increased to the top on the fifth clay,the non-PIS group decreased after ischenfic stroke onset;the serum 8-OHdG and MDA level of PIS group is higher than that of non PlS group on the flrst,third,fifth and seventh day(P〈0.01). The serum T-SOD level of PIS group and non PIS group decreased to the top on the third day;The serum T-SOD level of PIS group is lower than that of non-PIS group on the first,third, fifth and seventh day(P〈0.01). Conclusion These results suggested that oxidative stress of T-SOD,8-OHdG and MDA may play a role in the progressive ischemic stroke. Oxidative damage maybe play a important risk factors in the neuronal impairment of the progressive ischemic stroke.
