2009~2011年湖南邵阳地区狂犬病疫苗接种者免疫效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解该地区2009~2011年人接种狂犬疫苗后抗狂犬病毒抗体的水平,为今后的狂犬疫苗预防接种工作提供实验室依据。方法收集邵阳地区2009年1月至2011年12月全程接种五针狂犬病疫苗接种者血清标本,应用酶联免疫吸附试验,检测狂犬病毒中和抗体IgG。结果 9686例狂犬病毒抗体阳性9616例,阴性70例,总阳性率为99.28%。各年龄分组情况为:≤20岁阳性率为99.68%(3425/3436);21~40岁阳性率99.52%(2337/2349);41~60岁阳性率为98.89%(2140/2165);>60岁阳性率为98.73%(1714/1736)。男性阳性率99.25%(5395/5436),女性阳性率99.32%(4221/4250)。年份、年龄、性别组阳性率经统计学处理,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。不同的狂犬病疫苗产品注射后,维尔博(法国)抗体阳性率99.93%较高,为该地区首选狂犬病疫苗产品。结论狂犬病疫苗免疫后进行抗体检测十分重要,全程接种狂犬病疫苗后狂犬病毒抗体阴性患者,应再次加强免疫2~7次,以确保免疫效果,保证狂犬病的有效控制。 Objective To invesligate the antibody level of people in this region vaccinated against rabies virus antibody from 2009 to 2011,and provide laboratory evidence for future rabies vaccine immunization. Methods Shaoyang vaccination of January 2009 to December 2011 five pin of rabies vaccination serum specimens, enzyme linked immunosorbent test to detect rabies virus and antibody lgG. Results 9 616 cases of the results of 9 686 cases of rabies virus antibody positive and negative in 70 cases,with a to tal positive rate was 99.28%. For age group≤ 20 years of age the positive rate was 99.68% (3 425/3/436) ;21 -40 years old group positive rate was 99.52% (2337/2349); (41-60 years) positive rate was 98. 899% (2 140/2 165); 〉 60 year old positive rate was 98.73% (1 71/1/1 736). The positive rate fro men was 99.25%(5 395/5 436) ,the female positive rate was 99.32%(4 221/4 250). In different year, age, sex group positive rate were not statistically different(P〉0.05),the difference was not statistically signifi cant. After injection of different rabies vaccine,Weier Be (France) antibody positive rate was 99.93% the highest, first choice rabies vaccine products in the region. Conclusion Rabies in vaccine antibody detection is very important,full vaccination rabies vaccine rabies virus antibody-negative patients,should strengthen the immune 2-7 times again to ensure immunity, to ensure effective con trol of of rahies.
