摘要
在现代商业银行的信用卡竞争中,信用卡的市场营销是其日常运营中重要的活动。信息技术的发展为银行的信用卡营销提供了更多的方式,本文对信用卡客户进行了深入分析,基于信用卡客户的日常消费行为进行行为分析,提供事件驱动的实时营销,以降低营销成本,实现银行信用卡利润的最大化。
In the credit card competition between modern commercial banks, the marketing of credit card is an i,nportant activity in daily operation. The development of IT provides more ways for credit card marketing, and this paper gives a deep anal-ysis of the daily consumption behaviors of credit card customers, and provides event-driven based real-time marketing to reduce marketing cost as well as maximize the credit card profit.
