大学生的社交焦虑与身体意象、人际完美的关系研究

The Relationship among College Students’ Social Anxiety, Body Image and Interpersonal Perfectionism

目的:在大学生人际交往中,研究社交焦虑与身体意象的关系,并考察完美主义人格在其间所起的作用。方法:使用《社交回避及苦恼量表》、《多维度自我体象关系问卷》和《完美主义自我呈现量表》对678名大学生进行调查。结果:一本次被调查大学生的社交焦虑总体上处于中等偏上的水平;二大学生的社交焦虑和身体意象、完美主义存在显著相关。身体意象和完美主义可以显著预测个体的社交焦虑,其中健康关注、身体部位满意度、外表评价对社交焦虑具有负向预测作用;而掩盖不完美对社交焦虑具有正向预测作用。三大学生的人际完美在身体意象和社交焦虑间起着显著的调节作用。高水平的完美主义倾向可以显著地增强身体意象对社交焦虑的负面影响。结论:大学生的社交焦虑确实会受到身体意象和人际完美主义的影响,且人际完美主义会调节身体意象对社交焦虑的影响程度。

Objective： To study the relationship between social anxiety and body image in Chinese college students, and to ex-amine the role of interpersonal perfectionism in the meantime. Methods： This study conducted a test on 678 college students, us-ing the Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire, Perfectionistic Self-Presentation Scale and Social Avoidance and Distress Scale. Results： （1） The college students＂ social anxiety is above average; （2） The college students＂ body image, perfection-ism and social anxiety have significant correlation. Health concern, body area satisfaction and appearance evaluation have nega-tive prediction towards social anxiety, and non-display of imperfection has positive prediction towards social anxiety. （3） Perfec-tionism moderated the relationship between body image and social anxiety. High levels of perfectionism can strengthen the effects of body image to social activity. Conclusion： College students＇ social anxiety is really influenced by body image and interpersonal perfectionism.
