在外需持续低迷、内需长期不振的双重压力下,我国经济要保持平稳健康发展,就必须有效扩大内需。内需推动经济增长的重点是消费拉动,因此,只有建立起保障和改善民生的长效机制,加大教育投入,提高教育质量,推进义务教育均衡发展;切实增加人民收入,提高人民生活水平;完善各项社保、养老和医疗保险制度,才能让百姓有钱可花、有钱敢花,从而使扩大内需成为现实。

External demand remains in the doldrums,under the dual pressures of a long-term slump in domestic demand , China＇s economy to maintain a stable and healthy development,effective way to expand domestic demand have been inevitable.Domestic demand to promote economic growth,focus on consumer-driven,the only established to protect and improve people＇s livelihood and the long-term mechanism to increase investment in education,improve the quality of education,to promote the balanced development of compulsory education,and effectively increase the income of the people,improve the people＇s living standards improve various measures of social security,pension and medical insurance systems ,in order to let people have money to spend and money dare spend, so that the expansion of domestic demand to become a reality.
