摘要
分布式电源的引入对原有配电网络中的潮流分布、短路电流、电能质量和系统保护等带来一系列的问题。为了克服分布式电源对配电网保护带来较大影响,应用电力系统中公共连接点的戴维南方程,并结合统计学思想对系统短路电流进行估算,其估算结果作为系统继电保护定值的整定依据,从而达到自适应保护的目的。仿真结果表明了所提出算法的有效性。
Introduction of distributed generation causes many problems to the power flow, short-circuit current, power quality and system protection of the existing distribution network. To address these problems, this paper uses the Thevenin equation of the point of common coupling in the power system together with the statistics theory to estimate the system short-circuit current and the estimation result is used as the setting value for the system relay protection so as to achieve self-adaptive protection. The simulation indicates that the algorithm proposed in this paper is effective.
