薄层扫描法测定新新肝康片中五味子甲素和丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量

Determination of the contents of deoxyschizandrin and tanshinone Ⅱ_A in xinxin gankang tablets by TLC-scanning method

目的 :对新新肝康片进行质量控制 ,对其主要药物进行定性鉴别 ,并建立了五味子甲素、丹参酮ⅡA 的定量测定方法。方法 :采用TLC法对五味子、丹参、进行定性鉴别 ,并用薄层双波长锯齿与线性扫描法分别测定了五味子甲素、丹参酮ⅡA 的含量。结果 :五味子甲素、丹参酮ⅡA 的含量分别为 0 .6 0 2、0 .376mg·g-1,回收率为 96 .89%、96 .6 8%。结论 :本法稳定可靠 ,可作为该制剂质量控制指标。

Aim To control the quality of XXGK tablets,its main components were identified and the contents of deoxyschizandrin and tanshinone Ⅱ A were determined.Methods Fructus Schisandrae and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae were identified by TLC-scanning method.The contents of deoxyschizandrin and tanshinone Ⅱ A in XXGK were determined by dural wavelength saw-tooth TLC-scanning and linear TLC-scanning methods.Results The contents of deoxyschizandrin and tanshinone Ⅱ A were 0.602mg·g -1 and 0.376mg·g -1 respectively,the recovery rates were 96.89% and 96.68% respectively.Conclusion The methods in this article are stable and reliable and can be used as the index of quality control.
