摘要
目的 :探讨作为中药狼毒来源之一的月腺大戟根的生药学鉴别特征。方法 :采用性状、显微和薄层色谱等鉴别方法。结果 :月腺大戟根木质部中存在复合维管束 ,略呈同心环状排列。薄壁组织中分布有石细胞及乳汁管 ,乳汁管内含黄色分泌物。在薄层色谱中可检出β -谷甾醇及 2 4-亚甲基环阿尔廷醇。结论 :根木质部中的复合维管束、石细胞、含黄色分泌物的乳汁管及薄层色谱结果可作为月腺大戟根鉴别的主要依据。
Aim To investigate the pharmacognostical identification for the roots of Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata used as one of the origins of the traditional Chinese medicine Langdu.Methods The morphological observation,microscopical study and TLC analysis were carried out.Results There are compound vascular bundles in the xylem of the root of Euphorbia ebracteolata which are distributed as homocentric circles.Sclereids and latex tubes occur in the parenchyma.The latex tubes contain the yellow secreted materials.β-Sitosterol and 24-methylenecycloartanol were detected by TLC.Conclusion Compound vascular bundles,the latex tubes containing the yellow secreted materials and TLC results can be regarded as the principal identification characters of the root of Euphorbia ebracteolata.
