摘要 目的 :建立了用紫外分光光度法测定甲磺酸酚妥拉明分散片含量的方法。方法 :以 0 .1mol·L-1盐酸溶液为溶剂 ,测定波长为 2 78nm。结果 :检测线性范围为 9.6~ 2 8.7μg·ml-1,r =0 .9998,平均回收率为 10 0 .6 % ,RSD为 0 .2 4%。结论 :本方法准确、快速、简便 ,可用于甲磺酸酚妥拉明分散片的质量控制。 Aim An UV spectrophotometry method was established to determine the contents of phentolamine mesylate in its dispersible tablets.Methods 0.1mol·L -1 hydrochloric acid solution was used as solvent.The detection wavelength was set at 278nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range from 9.6μg·ml -1 to 28.7μg·ml -1 ,r=0.999 8.The average recovery was 100.6% and RSD was 0.24%.Conclusion The method is accurate,rapid and simple for the quality control of dispersible phentolamine mesylate tablets.
