摘要 目的 探讨上海地区汉族人 5 -HT2c受体基因Cys2 3Ser多态性的发生率及其与精神分裂症之间的关系。方法 随机抽取 2 74例精神分裂症患者作研究 ,以 187例正常人作对照。用多聚酶链式反应 (PCR)扩增及单链构像多态性(SSCP)分析、限制性片段长度多态性 (RFLPs)技术检测所研究对象的 5 -HT2c受体基因Cys2 3Ser多态性。结果 仅在 1个正常个体发现Cys -2 3 -Ser突变 ,精神分裂症患者中均未见 5 -HT2c受体基因Cys2 3Ser多态性。结论 上海地区汉族人 5 -HT2c受体基因Cys2 3Ser多态性发生率为 2 .17‰ ,5 -HT2c受体基因与精神分裂症的易感性无关。 Objective To investigate the frequency of a Cys23Ser polymorphism in the 5-HT2c receptor gene and the relationship between the gene and schizophrenia in Shanghai Chinese Han population.Methods The Cys23Ser polymorphism of 5-HT2c receptor gene in 274 schizophrenic patients and 187 healthy controls were examined with PCR amplification and single strand conformation polymorphism(SSCP)analysis and Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphisms(RFLPs)technique.Results The Cys23Ser mutation was found only in one healthy man,but not in all the schizophrenic patients.Conclusions Our finding suggests that the frequency of a Cys23Ser polymorphism in the 5-HT2c receptor gene is 2.17‰ in Shanghai Chinese Han Population.The gene may not contribute to the susceptibility of schizophrenia.
