摘要
在林木遗传育种中,选择是遗传改良的重要手段之一。本文以木兰林管局龙头山落叶松良种基地内的华北落叶松为研究对象,采用完全随机区组设计进行试验,并使用系统聚类、多重比较和相关分析等方法进行数据处理。结果表明:7年生子代的优良家系胸径、树高分别比对照高53.3%和31.1%;11年生时材积比对照大57.1%;17年生时比对照大50.9%;进行遗传疏伐后种子园产种量的比例分别为对照(不疏伐)100%、轻度疏伐115%、中度疏伐204%、强度疏伐401%。
Selecting is an important method in forest genetics and tree breeding. Superior trees in clonal seed orchards are chosen according to phenotype, but researchers do not un- derstand exactly their merits and defects, therefore, we must conduct progeny test for the superior trees. In this test, Larix principis-rupprechtii plantations in Longtoushan fine breed base, Mulan Forestry Administration, were taken as research materials. Randomized complete blocks design was conducted in the test, and hierarchical cluster, multiple compari- sons and correlation analysis were used in data process. The results showed that the DBH and tree height of superior family of 7 year-old offspring were 53.3% and 31.1% higher re- spectively than the control; the volume of timber of 11 year-old was 57.1% larger than the control; the volume of timber of 17 year-old was 50.9% larger than the control; the propor- tion of the amount of seed production in seed orchard after genetic thinning, respectively, for the control (no thinning) was 100%, mild thinning was 115%, moderate thinning was 204% ,heavy thinning was 401%.
