ALAD基因多态性对铅暴露工人血铅和血红蛋白的影响 被引量:5

Influence of δ-aminolevulinic acid dehydratase gene polymorphism on blood lead and hemoglobin in lead workers

摘要 目的探讨δ-氨基乙酰丙酸脱水酶(δ-aminolevulinic acid dehydratase,ALAD)基因多态性对职业铅暴露工人血铅和血红蛋白水平的影响。方法选择武汉市某铅蓄电池厂187名职业铅暴露工人,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血铅水平,氰化高铁法检测血红蛋白含量,聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法检测ALAD基因亚型,限制性内切酶为MspⅠ。结果 187名职业铅暴露工人中,ALAD11纯合子基因型175人,占93.58%,ALAD12杂合子基因型12人,占6.42%,未检测到ALAD22纯合子基因型;ALAD12基因型铅暴露工人血铅浓度高于ALD11基因型的工人,但差异无统计学意义(t=-0.47,P=0.640);ALAD11基因型工人的血红蛋白浓度高于ALAD12基因型工人,差异有统计学意义(t=3.31,P=0.004)。结论 ALAD12基因型工人较ALAD11基因型对铅的血液毒性更易感。
