体重正常和肥胖儿童青少年尿中双酚A的分析 被引量:6

Analysis and assessment on urine bisphenol A in normal weight and obese children and adolescent

摘要 目的了解体重正常和肥胖儿童青少年尿中双酚A(bisphenol A,BPA)的水平及其与肥胖的关系。方法从上海市长宁区随机选取120例体重正常学生和83例肥胖学生。采集学生晨尿分析尿中BPA浓度。评价和比较体重正常和肥胖学生尿中BPA水平。结果尿中BPA的检出率为82.3%,浓度范围为ND~16.3 ng/ml,几何均数为0.45 ng/ml。12~15岁年龄组尿中双酚A浓度水平大于8~11岁年龄组(P=0.001),但性别间差异无统计学意义(P=0.854)。肥胖学生尿中BPA的浓度水平高于体重正常学生(P=0.003),按年龄和性别分层后,8~11岁年龄组和女生组的肥胖学生尿中双酚A浓度水平均高于体重正常学生(均有P<0.05)。结论本研究发现上海市8~15岁体重正常和肥胖学生中BPA水平低于大部分研究报道的水平。肥胖学生尿中BPA高于体重正常学生,BPA暴露可能是肥胖的危险因素之一。
