运动疗法联合药物治疗帕金森病30例临床观察

Observation of exercise therapy on the treatment of Parkinson's disease

目的观察运动疗法联合药物治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法将60例帕金森病患者随机分为2组。对照组30例常规应用美多巴治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上予运动疗法。2组均4周为1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后帕金森病综合评分变化,并统计临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96.7%,对照组总有效率83.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;2组治疗后帕金森综合评分均有下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运动疗法联合药物治疗帕金森病疗效确切。

Objective To observe the effect of exercise therapy on the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease. Methods 60 patients with Parkinsong disease were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in control group were treated by madopar tablet. 30 cases in treatment group were treated by exercise therapy on the basis of Levodopa and Benserazide Tablet. The course was four weeks in two groups. The changes of Parkinsong composite score beibre and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate was 96.7% in treatment group. The total effective rate was 83.3% in control group. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈0.05 ）. Parkinson＇s composite score in treatment group was decreased as compared with that in control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Exercise therapy combined with drug treatment on Parkinson＇s disease ean effectively reduee Parkinson composite seore, and improve the quality of life of patients.
