摘要 以圆管带式输送机的一段桁架梁为研究对象,采用DesignModeler建立了桁架梁的三维模型,通过Ansys Workbench软件对桁架梁结构进行静力分析,得到桁架梁结构的等效应力和位移云图,对桁架梁的强度和刚度条件进行校核,并以最大等效应力为约束条件,对桁架梁的截面角钢进行尺寸结构优化,通过相应曲面分析和目标驱动优化分析找到设计优化点,使优化尺寸既能满足强度的要求,又能减少用料,达到降低成本的目的。 With one section of truss beam of the pipe belt conveyor as the study object,3D model for the truss beam is built by DesignModeler.With static analysis for structure of the truss beam by Ansys Workbench software,the equivalent stress and displacement nephograms are obtained,and the strength and rigidity conditions of truss beam are checked.The dimension and structure for the angle steel in the truss beam cross-section are optimized with the maximum equivalent stress as the constraint.The design optimal point is figured out through corresponding curve analysis and goal-driven optimization analysis.The optimized dimension can not only meet the strength requirement,but also reduce material consumption,realizing the purpose of cost reduction.
