摘要
目的 :研究山芪水提物对正常小鼠及高血糖小鼠血糖及血脂的影响。方法 :给小鼠尾iv四氧嘧啶 90mg·kg-1,造成高血糖动物模型 (血糖 <14mmol·L-1全血者弃用 ) ,按血糖水平进行分组 ,各组均值之差不超过 1.5mmol;给药后用自动生化分析仪测定血糖及血脂等血液生化指标 ;光镜下观察胰腺组织学变化。结果 :山芪水提物ig 2 0g·kg-1可使正常小鼠血糖降低 (P<0 .0 5 )。给四氧嘧啶小鼠ig 10、2 0g·kg-1,连续治疗 10d ,血糖下降 ,其中 2 0g·kg-1作用明显 (P <0 .0 1)。四氧嘧啶高血糖动物 40d左右血脂升高 ,山芪水提物治疗组血脂不升高 ,血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯都维持在较低水平。光镜下观察小鼠胰腺的组织学变化 :四氧嘧啶组可见胰岛数目减少 ,并有单核细胞浸润 ;而山芪水提物治疗组胰腺组织未见明显变化。结论 :山芪水提物可以降低糖尿病动物血糖和血脂 ,并对四氧嘧啶损伤的胰腺有一定保护作用。
Aim To investigate the effects of liquor extract from shanqi prescription on blood glucose and blood lipid in normal mice and diabetic mice.Methods The diabetic model was injected with 90mg·kg -1 alloxan through caudal veins.Blood glucose,serum lipid and other blood biochemical parameters were determined by using Automatic Biochemistry.The pathological examinations of pancreas and islets were observed under microscope.Results Shanqi Liquor extract ig 20g·kg -1 ,could decrease blood glucose slightly in normal mice after single oral administration and significantly in alloxan-induced hyper-glycemic mice 10 days after repeated treatment orally(P<0.01).Shanqi also decreased blood lipid (serum total cholesterol and triglyceride) in diabetic mice.Pathological examination:both the number and the size of islet tissues were reduced in alloxan-induced diabetic mice,while those in Shanqi Liquor extract treated group manifested approximate normal pathology distiction.Conclusion The results show that Shanqi Liquor extract possesses potent antidiabetic action and protection of islet from injury.
