摘要
门架式顶堆侧取堆取料机是一种室内圆形料场的堆取料机,具有环保、储料量大及抗倾翻能力强等特点,该取料机的行走机构具有重要作用,通过分析取料机料耙在不同工位引起的取料机车轮压力的变化,得出最大、最小轮压值,通过计算车轮踏面疲劳载荷及疲劳强度校核,选取不同材质的车轮直径和轨道型号,为行走机构的设计提供解决方案。
The gantry top-stacker/side-reclaimer is indoor circular stockyard stacker/reclaimer,with characteristics of environmental protection,large material storing amount,and strong anti-tipping capability,etc.The travelling mechanism of such stacker/reclaimer takes a key part.Through analysis for pressure changes of wheels in case of different rake working positions,the maximum and minimum wheel pressure values are figured out,and through calculation of wheel tread fatigue load and check of fatigue strength,wheels in different materials and diameters and tracks in different models are selected,providing solutions to the design of the travelling mechanism.
