摘要
6HR70系列的SIMOTRAS HD是全数字式的紧凑型可控硅定子调压装置,用于三相转子滑环电动机的调速控制,输出功率高达580 kW,适合较高水平的控制系统。通过控制三对反并联可控硅的导通实现电动机定子电压的调节,通过改变转子电阻值改变电动机的特性曲线,定子调压装置将2种传统的调速方式结合在一起,不仅充分利用了各自的优点,而且极大地消除了各自的缺点。
SIMOTRAS HD in 6HR70 series is the all-digital compact SCR stator voltage regulator,used for the speed control of 3-phase rotor slip ring motor.Such device is suitable for high-level control system with its output power of 580 kW.By controlling the breakover of three pairs of anti-parallel SCRs,the voltage of motor stator can be adjusted,and the characteristic curve of motor can be changed by changing the resistance value of the rotor.The stator voltage regulator combining two traditional speed-regulating methods is able to not only make full use of respective advantages,but also significantly eliminate the defects in both methods.
