摘要
内蒙古某铅锌矿是内蒙古境内的一座大型铅锌铜硫多金属矿山,因其矿石性质复杂,选厂生产中锌的回收率较低,特别是近年来随着原矿品位的下降,选矿回收率呈下降趋势。为此,对该矿石开展了磨矿细度和选锌作业药剂制度的优化试验研究。将试验研究成果应用选厂生产后,锌的回收率提高了3.38%,锌精矿品位提高了0.52%,取得了较好的选矿指标,提高了矿山经济效益。
It is a large-scale Pb-Zn-Cu-S polymetallic mine of Pb-Zn mine in Inner Mongoha. Lue to the complex property of the raw ore, especially as the ore grade decrease in recent years, the mineral processing recovery is also appearing declining trend. So the grinding fineness test and the reagent regime optimization of zinc flotation are carried out. Then the research results are applied to the operating production, and the zinc concentrate grade and recovery are improved by 3.38% and 0.52% respectively, with good indexes obtained, and satisfactory economic profit is achieved.
