摘要
介绍了青海某萤石矿在常温条件下进行浮选的试验研究结果。试验结果表明,采用新型捕收剂BK410、抑制剂酸化水玻璃,在常温下经一段磨矿、一次粗选、两次扫选、六次精选的浮选流程,可得到CaF2品位为97.40%的合格萤石精矿,其CaF2回收率为93.46%。
The fluorite room temperature flotation results are introduced in this paper. The results show that the fluorite concentrate grading 97.40% CaF2 is obtained with the recovery of 93.46%, adopting the collector BK410 and acided sodium silicate as depressant, by the process flowsheet of one stage grinding, once roughing, twice scavenging and sixtic cleaning.
