摘要
针对金品位较高的细粒级矿物在浮选尾矿中流失、导致选别作业回收率低的问题,根据该金矿矿石特点,采用KYZ-E型浮选柱开展了半工业试验研究。试验表明,配备E型静态混合充气器的KYZ-E型浮选柱运行平稳,粗选尾矿品位降至0.46 g/t,金回收率75.21%,其中-38μm粒级金回收率达到88.50%,可以看出浮选柱对细粒级矿物的回收效果良好。
According to the problem of fine mineral particles with high content of gold lost in the tailings and resulting in the low recovery of the gold minerals, based on the property of the gold ore, semi-industrial test is carried out by KYZ-E column. The result shows that "KYZ-E flotation column with E type of static mixing aerators can run stably and the tailings grade of roughing was reduced to 0.46 g/t Au with recovery of 75.21%, but the recovery of -38 μm size fraction even reached to 88.50%, so KYZ-E flotation column could bring the high flotation efficiency of fine particle minerals.
