摘要
简要介绍了选矿自动化系统在高原矿山的应用。针对高原环境,通过一系列措施提高系统的可靠性,优化工艺生产过程控制,稳定和提高工艺技术指标,从而提高设备作业效率,降低劳动强度,平衡各工序的作业能力和效率,改善工作环境,达到提高产量、回收率,降低成本,保证最终产品的最大化和合格率。
The application of beneficiation automation in plateau environment is briefly introduced in this paper. Based on the characteristic of the plateau environment, a series of measures are adopted to improve the reliability of the system, and the process control is also optimized to achieve the aim of the stabilizing and improving process indexes. To realize to the the maximum recovery and FPY of the products, a lot purpose of output, decrease the cost and ensure of improvement is conducted from the aspect of increasing the equipment efficiency, reducing labor intensity, balancing the capacity and efficiency of the working procedures, improving the working environment.
