二、三类油层聚合物驱全过程一体化分注技术 被引量:18

摘要 随着大庆油田聚合物驱的不断深入,渗透率低、层间矛盾大的二、三类油层已成为油田开发的主要对象。原有聚驱分层注入技术存在投捞测试难度大、投捞成功率较低、水驱聚驱转换需更换管柱投入成本高等问题,无法进行规模应用。为解决上述问题,发展研究了聚合物驱全过程一体化分注技术,设计研究了全过程一体化偏心配注器、低黏损高节流压力调节器和高黏损低压力损失相对分子质量调节器,实现了高渗透层段注入量及中、低渗透层段相对分子质量的双重控制;分注管柱与水驱工艺完全兼容,管柱可同时满足空白水驱、聚合物驱及后续水驱全过程分注需要,降低投资和施工成本。1136口井现场应用表明:应用新型分注工艺后,二、三类油层的动用状况得到明显改善,原油采收率提高2个百分点以上。 With the continuous development of polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield, Type 11 and m oil reservoirs characterized by low permeability and serious interlayered contradiction have become the main targets. Due to the big difficulty of testing by running and fishing, low successful ratio of the running and fishing, high cost of changing the strings from water flooding to polymer flooding and so on, the original separated-layer polymer injecting technique fails to applied extensively. In order to resolve the problems mentioned above, the integrated separated-layer injecting technology in the whole course of polymer flooding is developed in this paper. The eccentric injecting regulator, the pressure regulator with low viscosity loss and high pressure choke, the molecular mass regulator with high viscosity loss and low pressure loss are designed, so the double controls of the injection rate into the high-permeability intervals and the molecular mass of medium-and-low-permealfility intervals are realized at the same time. The separate injecting string is compatible with that of the water flooding technology and can meet the requirements of the blank water' flooding, polymer flooding and sequent water flooding, so tile investment and operation costs are reduced. The fieht applications of 1 136 injecting wells show that the developed degree of Type II and III oil reservoirs is improved obviously and the oil recovery has enhanced by more than 2 percent after adopting the new-style separated injecting technology.
